Secondary Cover Teachers - All Subjects

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Cover Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Salford. We are looking for subject specialist teachers who are either looking for long term, full time or part time daily supply roles. Supply opportunities are a fantastic way to gain more experience as an ECT or take a step back from additional responsibilities like planning and marking for an experience teacher.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons in line with school policies and prepared resources.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different groups and year levels.
• Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience in secondary teaching.
• Confidence in covering a broad range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to new school environments.
