This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting immediately, ideal for those looking to make a real impact in education.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Help students access learning and remain engaged in lessons
Assist teachers with inclusive and differentiated instruction
Work closely with staff and families to support student progress and well-being
What we're looking for:
Experience working with children or young people (essential)
Previous experience supporting students with SEND (preferred)
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
A proactive, dependable, and empathetic approach
