Introduction
SANZA Teaching are working with a leading, creative mainstream school in Westminster who are seeking an exceptional SEND Teacher. This is a rare opportunity to pioneer their very first Additional Resource Provision (ARP).
The Role
You'll begin by providing 1:1 and small group SEND teaching, tailoring lessons to meet pupils' specific needs. As the provision grows, your role will expand into leading and shaping a flagship ARP. This is ideal for a teacher who wants to:

Gain leadership and development opportunities as the ARP expands.
Deliver innovative, engaging lessons across literacy, numeracy, and life skills.
The School
A thriving, oversubscribed school with a reputation for innovation and creativity.
Superb facilities: modern classrooms, sensory spaces, outdoor learning areas and excellent ICT provision.
A leadership team that places SEND at the heart of their vision.
Creative ethos: drama, music, art and cross-curricular learning are embedded into daily practice.
Outstanding CPD programme for ambitious teachers looking to progress.
What We're Looking For
An experienced SEND Teacher (QTS) with vision and creativity.
A practitioner confident in adapting the national curriculum for pupils with diverse needs (ASD, SLCN, SEMH).
