Salary: MPS3-MPS6 (Outer London) - £226-£268 per day, depending on experience

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive faith primary school in Tower Hamlets. They are seeking a skilled and confident Year 3 Teacher to join their team for the full academic year.

The Role

You will lead a class of 27 enthusiastic Year 3 pupils with a high level of need, supported by two full-time, experienced Teaching Assistants. This challenging role requires a practitioner with excellent classroom management and a strong understanding of KS1 strategies to help pupils transition successfully into Lower Key Stage 2.

About You

✅ Experienced teacher with QTS - this role is not suitable for ECTs

✅ Confident in managing challenging behaviour and supporting pupils with additional needs

✅ Strong knowledge of KS1 pedagogy and strategies for transitioning to KS2

✅ Collaborative, resilient, and passionate about inclusive, engaging teaching
