Role: Learning Support Assistant
- Support students with additional needs
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Assisting teaching staff with lesson resources, pupil progress and classroom management
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting secondary-aged students.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- A pro-active approach to support young people overcome barriers to learning.
- Flexibility and adaptability - no single day is the same in a school setting!
