1:1 Teaching Assistant - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: 3rd November 2025 | Contract: Until March 2025
Hours: 8:30am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEN at a welcoming village primary school near Milton Keynes. This position runs from November 2025 to March 2025, with interviews taking place this week.
The Role
Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs.
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCo.
Support the pupil's academic, social, and emotional development.
Promote independence and engagement within classroom activities.

About You
Experienced in supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis.
SEN experience in a UK primary school.
Confident working independently and using initiative.
Nurturing and empathetic, with a positive attitude.
Reliable and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Passionate about helping every child reach their potential.
