Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a modern, well-resourced, and welcoming two-form entry primary school in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, seeking a dedicated Early Years (Reception) Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team from November (after October half term).
This is a full-time position, ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a real difference in a nurturing, forward-thinking environment.

The Role:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Work with small groups and individual pupils to encourage progress, confidence, and independence
Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised, stimulating classroom environment
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being through nurturing relationships
Collaborate closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support children's academic and social development
Contribute to wider school life and uphold the school's caring, inclusive ethos
This Role Would Suit:
An experienced EYFS or Reception Teaching Assistant looking for a modern, supportive setting
A passionate individual with relevant childcare or TA qualifications (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and is committed to helping young children thrive
Individuals looking to gain valuable experience before teacher training or a long-term career in education
