Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Croydon Secondary Schools

Key Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects.

Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams to support student development.
