Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools across Bolton & Bury
Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and supportive primary school environment? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to join a number of welcoming primary schools across Bolton and Bury.

The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs or EHCPs.
- Assist in planning and preparing learning materials, interventions, and classroom displays.
- Help to maintain a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Contribute to pupil progress tracking and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and social development through creative and practical learning.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
- A genuine passion for helping all pupils achieve their best.
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
