Cover Supervisors - Northwood / Hillingdon - Immediate Start
£100-£120 per day | Flexible working | Excellent school experience
A high-achieving secondary school in the Northwood / Hillingdon area is looking to appoint several Cover Supervisors to support across a range of subjects on a daily and long-term basis. This is an ideal role for recent graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people who is looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting.
These roles are available for an immediate start, with flexible full-time and part-time schedules depending on your availability. Daily rates of £100-£120 are offered, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during teacher absences, ensuring lessons continue smoothly.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain classroom order.
Promote positive behaviour and respond to any issues in line with school policies.
Record attendance and report any concerns to senior staff.
Be adaptable and ready to support across a range of subjects.
Ideal Candidate:
Confident and professional with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. in tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching, etc.).
Calm, reliable, and able to follow instructions effectively.
