Teaching Assistant - Full Time (Secondary Schools, Bromley)

Your Role

  • Support students in class, ensuring they are engaged and achieving their full potential

  • Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and learning activities

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs

  • Contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment

  • Help maintain classroom standards and encourage good behaviour and participation

  • Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
