Teaching Assistant - Full Time (Secondary Schools, Bromley)

Your Role

Support students in class, ensuring they are engaged and achieving their full potential
Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and learning activities
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs
Contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment
Help maintain classroom standards and encourage good behaviour and participation
