Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Derby. This role focuses on providing tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.
About the Role
You'll work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to deliver personalised learning and care. Experience supporting children with hearing impairments is highly desirable, though not essential. What matters most is your commitment to inclusive education and your ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
Key Requirements
- Experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting
- A nurturing and adaptable approach to learning support
- Experience with hearing impairments (desirable but not essential)
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
