Job Title: School Behaviour Mentor - Secondary Schools (Full-Time, Bromley)
Location: Various Secondary Schools across Bromley
Contract: Full-Time (5 days per week)
Start Date: Immediate or ASAP

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in helping students overcome social, emotional, and behavioural barriers to learning. You'll work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to promote positive behaviour, build strong relationships, and create a safe and encouraging environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in managing their behaviour, emotions, and wellbeing throughout the school day
Deliver tailored mentoring sessions to help pupils develop confidence, resilience, and self-control
Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams to implement behaviour support strategies
Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive school culture
Record and monitor student progress, providing feedback to relevant staff
Requirements:
Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or youth work setting
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviour and build trust with students
A genuine passion for making a difference in education
