You'll have:

  • QTS (or equivalent) + Primary experience (EYFS/KS1/KS2)

  • A DBS check (or ready to obtain) and willingness to adapt to different school settings

  • A confident, adaptable approach to stepping into various classrooms

  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to follow provided lesson plans (and sometimes improvise when needed)

  • A positive, flexible mindset and professionalism when representing Tradewind to schools

Ideal candidate:
You're ready to hit the ground running and are comfortable delivering quality teaching across the primary age range. You may prefer the variety of supply (moving between schools) or you might be interested in a more stable, longer-term placement with the possibility of a permanent move.
