Computer Science Teacher / Subject Lead - Ealing, London
(Long-term role - January 2026 start)

A successful and high-achieving secondary school in Ealing is seeking an experienced and motivated Computer Science Teacher to take on a lead role within the department from January 2026. This is a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm, and the school offers on-site parking. Salary will be paid in line with the London MPS/UPS scale, with additional responsibility allowances depending on experience.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
* Proven experience teaching Computer Science across KS3-KS5
* Experience managing or mentoring others within a department (essential)
* Strong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about innovation in teaching and learning
