We're looking for a passionate Nursery Assistant and Early Years Practitioners to join this welcoming nursery team and support toddlers in their early learning journey.
Your Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
Encourage the development of 2-4-year-olds through creative indoor and outdoor play.
Lead and assist with nursery Forest School sessions and nature-based learning in the nursery's beautiful outdoor spaces.
Deliver stimulating early years activities that promote curiosity and exploration.
Work closely with your colleagues to create a nurturing and safe nursery environment for young children.
Support children's daily routines, including mealtimes, rest, and personal care.
Observe and document progress following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for early years education.
Essential skills and experience:
Previous experience working with toddlers (qualified or unqualified with relevant childcare experience considered).
Level 2 childcare qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not essential for a nursery assistant with experience.
Experience in the education and training sector and as a nursery assistant essential
Positive, professional, and caring approach when engaging with young children.
Strong team player with a commitment to growth and learning.
Must be within a commutable distance of Kensington and Chelsea.
