About the Role

We're seeking driven individuals with a passion for education and sales to join our London office as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants.
This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role, offering exceptional training, development, and earning potential.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment, you'll work in a dynamic, high-performance environment, matching exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across the UK.

How We Support You - The IMPACT Academy

You'll develop expertise in:

• Candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Building strong client relationships

Your Responsibilities

During your first 6-9 months:

• Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles
• Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing
• Collaborate with sales teams to increase candidate placements
• Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager

As you progress into sales:

• Develop new business and manage client relationships
• Negotiate margins and contracts
• Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards
• Handle challenging conversations professionally
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage your time effectively

Who We're Looking For

We want motivated, ambitious, and driven individuals ready to work hard and achieve success.

You should have:

• A degree (and ideally part-time work experience during university) or relevant experience if not a graduate
• Experience in sales, recruitment, education, hospitality, or another fast-paced, target-driven role
• A consistent career history that demonstrates progression and commitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resilience, motivation, and a strong work ethic
• The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)

Our Hiring Process

Because of the high standards we maintain, our selection process includes:

1. Screening call with our Talent Manager
2. Psychometric test and written task
3. First-stage interview with a Team Manager
4. Final interview with a Director or CEO
