Job Title: School Science Technician - Secondary Schools (Full-Time, Bromley)

Location: Various Secondary Schools across Bromley
Contract: Full-Time, 5 Days per Week

Are you passionate about science and eager to play a key role in inspiring the next generation of young scientists? We're looking for a dedicated Science Technician to join a network of inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Bromley.

In this rewarding role, you'll support the delivery of engaging and hands-on science lessons by preparing experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment for students and staff alike.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and set up practical experiments across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

  • Maintain and organise equipment, chemicals, and materials safely

  • Support teachers and students during lessons and demonstrations

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the science department

About You

  • A genuine enthusiasm for science and education

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • A proactive and reliable approach to work

  • Previous lab experience or a background in science (desirable but not essential)
