Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time) - Secondary Schools in Croydon

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with additional learning needs
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere
Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills
Work closely with the SEN team to ensure every child receives the support they deserve

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience working with children or young people (in school or other settings) is desirable
