General Teaching Assistant + Afterschool Club Lead (Disney Production Project)
Location: Brent, London
Salary: Up to £525 per week (PAYE)
Contract: Full time, Temp to Perm
Start: JASAP

SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a warm and community-focused Primary School in Brent who are seeking a General TA for the school day, who will also lead their after-school club, including supporting and coordinating a Disney-themed school production for 3 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone creative, confident around children, and enthusiastic about bringing learning and enrichment to life.

The Role

As the General Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support learning across KS1 or KS2 (depending on your strengths)
Work with small groups and occasionally 1:1
Assist teaching staff with classroom organisation and learning resources
Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment

Additional responsibility:

Lead the after-school club 3 hours a week, supporting the delivery of a Disney-themed school production (no formal drama experience required-just enthusiasm and confidence!)
Support rehearsal organisation, costumes/props where needed, and encourage pupil participation

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident, friendly and proactive
Passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils
Creative or enthusiastic about the arts / performing (not essential, but beneficial!)
Reliable, organised and willing to take initiative
Looking to grow and develop within a school team
Available full-time and happy to move into a temp-to-perm role
