Job Title: Early Years Practitioner / Early Years Educator
Location: Islington, North London
Start Date: November 2025
Pay: £110-£120 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Shift patterns - 8:30am-4:30pm / 9:00am-5:00pm / 10:00am-6:00pm
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner / Early Years Educator to join our thriving nursery team.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education.
Paediatric First Aid training (preferable)
Have proven experience working with children aged 6 months-4 years old in a nursery or EYFS environment
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, with the ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging learning experiences
Be confident in supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
Work effectively as part of a collaborative team to ensure high-quality early education and care
Maintain accurate observations and records to track and support children's progress
Create an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn
