The role:

As a Supply Health & Social Care Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to KS4 and KS5 students

  • Teach key topics such as human development, safeguarding, equality and diversity, care values, and health promotion

  • Ensure high-quality learning experiences, whether covering planned absences or last-minute needs

  • Support students in achieving their BTEC, OCR or CACHE qualifications

  • Adapt quickly to new school environments and curriculum requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or FE teaching qualification

  • Experience teaching Health & Social Care at secondary or post-16 level

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A passion for supporting young people

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
