Key Stage: Key Stage 1 / Key Stage 2 (depending on placement)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and friendly primary school team. This full time position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils while working in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
- Support pupils in both small groups and one-to-one settings, including those with SEND.
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Help maintain a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and provide feedback on pupil progress.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Contribute to school life, including supporting enrichment activities where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in a primary school setting.
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs or SEND.
- High expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and engagement.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A caring, patient, and flexible approach, with enthusiasm for working with children.
