Salary: £161 - £239.89 per day
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week, long-term

Are you a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an inspiring teacher to join a supportive and specialist SEMH school in leigh helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher within this SEMH setting, you will:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs
• Support pupils' emotional and social development alongside their academic learning
• Implement behaviour and wellbeing strategies tailored to individual pupils
• Work closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and pastoral staff to provide a nurturing and structured learning environment
• Act as a positive role model and mentor for pupils, fostering trust, confidence, and resilience

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified Primary Teacher (QTS preferred)
• Have experience teaching pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or additional needs
• Be patient, resilient, and adaptable, able to respond calmly to challenging situations
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Be passionate about making a lasting difference in children's lives
