Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely partner schools in Bedford on a long-term basis.

We are looking for a qualified Nursery assistant with a real passion for early years education. You will play a pivotal role in the formative years of these children by bringing learning to life and facilitating a safe environment for them to learn through play.

You should have a strong knowledge of the early years curriculum and be avaible full-time.

Role Highlights:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate early years provision
* Lead small group activities, promoting learning through play and early development milestones
* Assist with observations, assessments and maintaining accurate EYFS documentation
* Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, staff and parents
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood development
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
