Your Role Will Include:
- Working 1:1 with pupils who require consistent, calm support
- Leading small-group interventions
- Using strong behaviour management strategies
- Supporting de-escalation and emotional regulation
- Building trusting relationships to improve engagement
- Functioning as a core Teaching Assistant within a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
- Experience in SEMH, SEN, PRU or alternative provision (desirable)
- Experience in working with children/young people (essential)
- Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviour
- Strong communication, with an adaptive mindset
- A passion for inclusion and supporting young learners
