Teacher of Humanities - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Humanities (such as History, Geography, Social Sciences) at KS3 and KS4.
  • Develop and deliver stimulating, inclusive lessons which engage learners with the richness of the human story.
  • Work collaboratively across the Humanities department, sharing best practice.
  • Promote the school's values, encouraging students to develop confidence and be positive role models

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Humanities in a secondary setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge in at least one Humanities discipline at KS3/4 level.
  • A commitment to inclusive education
  • Excellent planning and assessment and skills
