Position: Music Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Location: Redbridge, London
Contract: Fixed-Term (January - July)
Salary: London MPS
As a Secondary Music Teacher on supply for this Client, you will:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging Music lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge, including practical and theoretical elements of Music
- Use a range of teaching strategies to support learners with different abilities and musical backgrounds
- Encourage creativity, confidence and performance skills in students
- Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and contribute positively to the school community
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Music at KS3 & KS4
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management abilities
- Strong planning, assessment and differentiation skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Overseas police checks if applicable
- Professional references covering the last 10 years where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
