Position: Music Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Location: Redbridge, London
Contract: Fixed-Term (January - July)
Salary: London MPS

As a Secondary Music Teacher on supply for this Client, you will:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging Music lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge, including practical and theoretical elements of Music
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to support learners with different abilities and musical backgrounds
  • Encourage creativity, confidence and performance skills in students
  • Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and contribute positively to the school community

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Music at KS3 & KS4
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management abilities
  • Strong planning, assessment and differentiation skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
  • Overseas police checks if applicable
  • Professional references covering the last 10 years where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
