Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants / SEND Assistants - Harrow Schools

Location: Harrow, North West London
Salary: From £90-£95 per day
Contract: Daily and long-term roles available

Due to increased demand from our partner schools, SANZA Teaching Agency is looking for enthusiastic, experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and SEND Assistants to join primary and specialist SEND schools across Harrow.

We are seeking candidates who have solid experience working with children or young people in a school or educational setting and a genuine love of helping children thrive. A positive, flexible and adaptable approach is essential, and experience supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEND) is highly welcome.

The Roles

Successful candidates will:

  • Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality learning experiences

  • Assist children and young people with learning, social development, and independence

  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, other support staff, and school leaders

  • Adapt to the needs of different pupils and school settings

These roles offer a mix of daily cover and long-term placements, providing excellent opportunities to gain experience and make a real difference in children's lives.

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have prior experience working with children or young people in schools or educational settings

  • Are caring, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting every learner

  • Can be flexible and adapt to different roles and school environments

  • Have experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable but not essential)
