Teaching Assistant - KS1 - Richmond
Location: Richmond
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to young learners

  • Assisting children with their reading, writing, maths, and social skills development

  • Helping to create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued

  • Providing targeted support to children who need extra help, including those with additional needs

  • Building strong, encouraging relationships with pupils to foster their independence and enthusiasm for learning

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in a similar Teaching Assistant role, preferably with KS1 pupils

  • A good understanding of early years and KS1 curriculum expectations

  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team

  • A commitment to making a real difference in young children's lives
