Teaching Assistant - KS1 - Richmond
Location: Richmond
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to young learners
Assisting children with their reading, writing, maths, and social skills development
Helping to create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued
Providing targeted support to children who need extra help, including those with additional needs
Building strong, encouraging relationships with pupils to foster their independence and enthusiasm for learning
What We're Looking For
Experience working in a similar Teaching Assistant role, preferably with KS1 pupils
A good understanding of early years and KS1 curriculum expectations
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
A commitment to making a real difference in young children's lives
