The Role:

• Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4

• Delivering engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons

• Planning, marking, and contributing to departmental activities and productions

• Encouraging student participation in extracurricular drama opportunities

• Creating an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Strong subject knowledge in Drama and Performing Arts

• A track record of delivering high-quality lessons

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A commitment to safeguarding and student well-being
