Tradewind Recruitment is seeking skilled and enthusiastic SEN Supply Teachers to work with one of our exceptional partner schools in Corby. This all-through specialist setting supports students aged 4-18 with a wide range of complex needs, including severe autism, profound learning difficulties, and significant physical disabilities. We are looking for adaptable, compassionate educators who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

As an SEN Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning across the school. Whether you're covering short-term staff absences or stepping into longer-term roles, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to young people who rely on structure, connection and consistency.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching students with SEN, particularly autism, PMLD or complex needs

• Confidence in delivering differentiated, engaging lessons that meet diverse learning profiles

• A calm, resilient and empathetic approach, with strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Flexibility, reliability and a passion for inclusive education
