Location: Liverpool
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 in Year 1)**
Driving Licence or Test Booked Required

You'll join our structured Impact Academy training programme, designed to accelerate your development in education recruitment. From candidate sourcing to building long-term partnerships with schools, you'll receive hands-on coaching, mentoring and market-leading tools.

Your Role

Interview, shortlist and prepare candidates for school roles
Develop strong working relationships with teachers and support staff
Partner with consultants to support daily operations and client delivery
Meet weekly KPIs that help track your progress

After your training period, you will begin building a client base across Merseyside:

Lead school visits across Liverpool and surrounding areas
Generate new business and nurture existing school partnerships
Negotiate fees and ensure high safeguarding standards
Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
