We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teacher (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) to join a supportive secondary setting in Blackpool. This is a crucial role focused on providing bespoke education and pastoral support to students who face complex barriers to learning.

If you are a qualified teacher (QTS) experienced in trauma-informed practice, positive behaviour management, and differentiating the curriculum for students with significant SEMH needs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4.

  • Implementing effective, positive behaviour management strategies.

  • Working closely with the SENCO and pastoral teams.

  • Focusing on student well-being, engagement, and reintegration (where applicable).
