We are seeking a dedicated and highly resilient EBD/SEMH Teacher (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties / Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) to join a supportive secondary setting in Blackpool for a January 2026 start.

This is a crucial role focused on providing bespoke education and therapeutic support to secondary students who face significant behavioural and emotional barriers to learning. If you are a qualified teacher (QTS) experienced in trauma-informed practice, positive behaviour intervention, and differentiating the curriculum for students with complex needs, we want to hear from you.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across KS2 and KS4.

  • Implementing effective, restorative behaviour management strategies.

  • Working closely with pastoral teams and external agencies to support student regulation and well-being.

  • Dedication to improving educational outcomes and life chances for vulnerable young people.
