Learning Support Assistant (SEN) - Daily Supply

Are you a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistant looking to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across friendly and inclusive primary schools in Camden?
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking confident LSAs available for daily supply bookings, offering flexibility and variety across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Role Overview

As an LSA, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support to pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language delay, and learning difficulties

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions

  • Help maintain an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment

  • Support with behaviour, emotional regulation, and communication strategies

  • Use tools such as visual timetables, PECS, sensory resources, or other relevant approaches

  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school or Early Years setting

  • A calm, patient, and proactive manner

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with pupils

  • Reliability and availability for short-notice daily bookings

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
