Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time
Salary: £95-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and encourage positive choices.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to create tailored support plans.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
- Strong communication and resilience skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and maintain boundaries.
- A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one.
