Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time
Salary: £95-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies and encourage positive choices.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCO to create tailored support plans.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
  • Strong communication and resilience skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and maintain boundaries.
  • A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one.
