Role Responsibilities:
Providing classroom support to teachers and pupils
Leading small group interventions and 1:1 support
Helping to create engaging learning resources
Assisting with behaviour management and student wellbeing
Supporting extracurricular activities and school events

A recent graduate (any subject considered)
Someone enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to helping students succeed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
