About the Role
As an ARP Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored support to pupils with complex learning, communication, and physical needs
Assist with personal care sensitively and professionally
Work closely with the ARP and wider school team to deliver engaging learning experiences
Help maintain a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
