Our partner secondary schools in Corby are looking to welcome caring, committed, and proactive Learning Support Assistants to their teams. These roles are available immediately or from January 2026, offering a fantastic opportunity to support students with a wide range of special educational needs (SEN) in a warm and inclusive environment.

Your Role Will Include
Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups to help them access learning
Assisting teachers with differentiated work, classroom routines, and resource preparation
Working with pupils who may have autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or social/emotional needs
Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in lessons
Promoting positive behaviour and helping students develop emotional resilience
Contributing to a classroom environment where every student feels supported and included
The Ideal Candidate Will Be
Passionate about supporting young people, especially those with additional needs
Calm, patient, and consistent in their approach
Able to build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff
Adaptable, reliable, and ready to step into a busy school environment
Experienced in education, care, youth work, or SEN (desirable but not essential)
Willing to develop their skills and grow professionally
