The Role:
- Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects.
- Maintain positive classroom management, follow behaviour policies, and ensure learning continues.
- Support students with tasks and encourage positive engagement.
Ideal Candidates May Have:
- Experience working with young people (e.g. - education, coaching, youth work)
- A passion for education and supporting children and young people.
- Confident communication, resilience and adaptability
- A positive, calm presence in the classroom
