Unqualified Teacher - Brackley
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP (with a valid Enhanced DBS) or January 2026
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term or Permanent

If you already have an Enhanced DBS on the update service, you can start immediately; otherwise, the role is available from January 2026.

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere

  • Support students with their engagement, understanding, and wellbeing

  • Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning

  • Gain experience teaching across a range of subjects and year groups

About You:

  • Experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, coaching, tutoring, youth work)

  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead a classroom

  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a difference

  • Interested in education or planning to pursue teacher training (PGCE/SCITT)

  • Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting student progress
