Early Years Practitioner - Level 3 Qualified - Houghton Regis - Full-time or Part-time - January Start - Paid Weekly - PAYE

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive and well-resourced mainstream Primary school in Houghton Regis.

Our partner school is looking for a reliable, friendly and nurturing Early Years Professional who can make a real impact in their nursery from day one.

You will be responsible for several key children, building relationships with parents and creating a stimulating and safe work environment for the children.

A qualification of Level 2 or Level 3 is essential for this role.

This is a full-time role and term-time only.

Tradewind are looking for motivated Early Years professionals who make the most of every interaction with the children.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
* Lead small groups and early learning activities, promoting development through play
* Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journals
* Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all pupils
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff
* Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

Requirements:

* Level 2 or 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)
* Experience working within a nursery or school-based Early Years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, caring approach
* Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the update service
