Your Role:
Provide effective 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (ASD, ADHD, and others).
Build strong, supportive relationships with students, families, and school staff.
Adapt your approach to meet individual needs and help students overcome challenges.
Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
