Key Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - essential

  • Previous Early Years experience within a Primary School setting

  • A proactive, reliable, and positive approach to supporting early learning

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
