About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support across a range of subjects
Assist teachers in creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment
Work with students who need additional support, including SEND pupils
Support classroom management and lesson preparation
Help deliver interventions to boost attainment and confidence
