The Role

  • Full-time Early Years (Reception) Learning Support Assistant

  • Supporting the class teacher with high-quality, play-based learning activities

  • Delivering one-to-one and small-group support, including for pupils with SEND

  • Helping maintain a nurturing, safe and stimulating classroom environment

  • Supporting children's academic, emotional and social development

  • Playing an active part in the wider school community
