About You:

  • You must have previous experience working in a primary classroom.

  • A Level 2 TA qualification or higher is highly desirable.

  • You bring energy, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils and teachers.

  • You're confident working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing day-to-day support to teachers across different primary year groups

  • Working with individuals or small groups to help children reach learning goals

  • Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines

  • Assisting with lesson resources, activities, and general classroom organisation
