SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Role Starting January 2026
A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026, working five days per week until the end of the academic year.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support, including SEND pupils
- Support lesson delivery alongside class teachers
- Assist with literacy and numeracy development
- Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic progress
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
- Understanding of SEND and diverse learning needs
- Passionate about education and pupil development
- TA qualifications desirable but not essential
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification
- Enhanced DBS (and Overseas Police Check if required)
- References covering the last 10 years (where possible)
- Legal right to work in the UK
