Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Pay: £90-£105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday | January 2026 - July 2026

SEN Teaching Assistant - January 2026 Start | Hammersmith & Fulham

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for a well-resourced secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham, starting January 2026.

Key Duties:

  • Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
  • Provide 1:1 mentoring and small-group support
  • Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour
  • Work closely with teachers to personalise learning

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduate with interest in education or psychology
  • SEN or youth work experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Empathetic, organised, and resilient

Eligibility:

  • Degree qualification
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Employment history covering 10 years (where possible)
  • Right to work in the UK
